Job Requirements:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Must have previous experience as doorman or bellhop in a hotel or apartment building
• Must have strong customer service skills in retail or hospitality
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Good problem solving ability
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking, going up and down stairs, assisting guests
• Must be friendly, articulte and have professional apperarance
• Must be covid vaccinated

Roles and Responsibilies:

• greeting residents and guests upon entry and exit of community.
• assisting with cab/uber/lyft
• helping with packages/groceries/etc
• ensuring entry of community is clean and welcoming
• answering questions/directing visitors on how to get where they are going (ie. where elevators are located, how to get to SNF entrance, etc
