Overview:

The Draft Technician delivers kegs to retail customers and services the keg system equipment in a professional and courteous manner. In addition, this role ensures the placement of point-of-sale (“POS”) materials during account visits.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver kegs; place the merchandise in customer-desired locations
  • Service keg systems; install and clean lines connected to Glazer’s draft beers
  • Train customers on keg installation procedures
  • Identify sales opportunities; provide referrals to sales team
  • Monitor all malt code dates to ensure freshness
  • Set-up POS materials (e.g., coasters, banners, table tents, etc.) during account visits
  • Deliver hot shot items to on premise accounts as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Keg line cleaning experience
