We are currently looking for a Driver to help us at our beautiful Dubuque community. As the Driver you will be responsible for driving our residents to and from their appointments along with some light maintenance duties.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drive our van to transport our residents to and from their appointments.
• Check fire alarms, drywall repair, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, heating and cooling, and appliance troubleshooting
• Operate the carpet shampooer
• Prepare our empty rooms for new residents

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license
• High school diploma or equivalent
