Summary: The Driver will ensure the safety and comfort of their clients through providing their driving services. The Driver will map out a route before they leave the office. They'll pick up clients at an agreed-upon time, and possibly help them load or unload luggage as needed during each trip.

Job Description: The Driver is responsible for transporting clients or handling deliveries in a timely manner, and may have to work nights and weekends to accomplish their duties.

Hours: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability

Report to: Senior Operations Director

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Drive safely along designated routes.
• Obey traffic laws, safety procedures, and transit regulations.
• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.
• Follow a specific timetable while on duty.
• Prevent or stop unruly behavior from passengers.
• Communicate with passengers and employers regarding delays or any issues along a route.
• Check the bus tires, lights, and oil when needed for basic maintenance.
• Complete pre-route checklist
• Notify staff if clients are disruptive during pick and drop off route
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Requirements:

• 5 years driving experience
• Fully Licensed with a CDL (A/B) and Passenger Endorsement for 16+passengers
• Must pass a successful background check
• Drug screen test required
• Fingerprint Clearance Card a Must
• Required Current TB Test
• Required Current CPR/First Aid Card
