Shifts Available NOW providing care and oversight to individuals with developmental disabilities - $16.00 to $19.25 per hour based upon responsibilities, shift differential, and enhancements - Sign-On Bonus Up to $1000!!!

FAYCO Enterprises, Inc. has positions available working in our small, family atmosphere group homes in Vandalia. Assist adults with developmental disabilities by: monitoring individuals while sleeping, helping to maintain mental alertness through creativity & entertainment, encouraging movement & mobility, assisting with daily living skills (including personal care) & ensuring comfort & safety.

We have a variety of morning, evening, and overnight shifts available. No previous experience necessary. We will provide classroom and on the job training.

Requirements:

*Must be at least 21 years old

*Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

*Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

*Must be able to lift

*Must be able to pass Department of Human Services required background checks

*Must be able to work a weekend shift and holidays

Wage Information:

$16.00 -$19.25 per hour depending on responsibilities, shifts worked, and other enhancements, including:

$1.00 per hour increase at completion of paid medication administration training

Active CNA - $0.50 per hour enhancement applies

Shift Differentials – additional $1.00 per hour for midnights, $1.00 per hour for weekends, and 150% premium for working on holidays

Opportunity to work 40 plus hours per week

Paid training to become a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Generous sign-on and referral bonus program of your choice - $500 for 6 months OR $1000 for 1 year
