Hiring Immediately - Day, Evening and Weekend Shifts Available

• $500 sign on bonus, $500 payable after 4 months of successful employment.

Job Duties: Including but not limited to:

• Foster this young man to become more independent by supporting and assisting with all aspects of daily life.
• Encourage and promote community inclusion by participating in activities, events and volunteer opportunities.
• Support and assist individual in his small craft business.
• Assist in making this young adult's life the best if can be!

Required Trainings Provided to include CPR/FA, NCI & BBP

In this job you will work directly with the individual and his family through the self-direction model of Innovations Waiver Services. You will be hired as an employee not a contractor and employer taxes and WC insurance will be paid by the employer.
