We are currently we are recruiting for a Dual-Site Manager to join our team based in County Cork & County Waterford

Reporting to the Area Manager, The Dual Site Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering excellence in two stores, Candidates should have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding agreed KPIs.

The role offers a competitive salary & benefits which are negotiable depending on experience!! (Experience in discount FMCG retail is desirable but not essential)

Duties & Responsibilities

· Deliver visual and commercial best practice and complete all duties in line with the needs of the business

· Drive the performance of store teams through engagement, coaching and development, in turn aiding succession planning across the area

· Manage two stores, maintaining, developing and enhancing their performance

· Ensure the profitability of stores by growing sales and ensuring each store stays in line with its allocated wage budget

· Maximize the business potential of each store and to contribute to the overall business objectives

· Maintain costs allocated to each store, through good management practices and team management

· Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently within each store

· Provide accurate and relevant information on competitor activity and other trade information

· Ensure your stores without exception, comply with all legislation with an emphasis on Health & Safety

· Set achievable targets for each store on a weekly basis

· Complete all administrative tasks accurately and within the deadline provided

Skills & Experience Required

· Minimum of 4+ years Store Management experience/ Ideally 2+ years dual or multi-site experience within a highly customer-focused environment, ideally within in a large stores retail environment

· Proven experience of managing people, ideally across multiple sites

· Considerable knowledge of large retail outlets and operations

· Previous responsibility for store profitability and standards

· Proven track record the setting of and delivery of results and achievement of targets

· High Levels of Commercial Awareness

· Ability to work on own initiative, as well as operationally as a part of a team

· Exceptional planning and organisation skills

· Experienced in delivering training and developing teams

· Strong communication skills both written and verbal

· Positive “can do” attitude

· Excellent working knowledge of IT systems & Microsoft packages

· KPI driven with experience in analyzing budgets and financials
