A leading multinational IT company based in Dublin is looking for a Dutch speaker to join their Customer Support Team.

Position: Customer Support Specialist - Dutch and English speaking markets

Location: Dublin office (Hybrid or office based or Remote - in Ireland)

*Hybrid model - you will be required to come to to the office a couple of times per month only)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours

Salary: Basic of 33,000

Responsibilities:

• Working with B2B client to resolve the queries and technical issue
• Channels: Email, Phone, Chat Support
• Communication with other departments and product teams
• Maintaining customer satisfaction

Your Profile

• Fluent Dutch and English speaker in both in writing and speaking (C2 level)
• Experience in customer facing role (Customer service or Technical Support)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
