Job description

Customer Support Agent will be responsible for customer communication via help desk, chat and phone support. This position will be assisting customers with order inquiries, product info, policy knowledge and order fulfillment. Potential candidates must be an organized multitasker that is enthusiastic to solve customer issues by being willing to listen, learn and resolve conflicts quickly. Must take initiative and be a problem solver.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Able to think fast, find answers and respond quickly
  • Managing incoming phone calls, support emails and chat with professional voice
  • Able to learn and follow all customer service procedures and company policies
  • Able to communicate clearly to assess customers' needs and provide positive customer experience
  • Able to address returns, refunds and shipping tracking information
  • Managing in-house product inventory, office organization and keep up with administrative tasks
  • Prepare and package from in-house inventory

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Excellent, professional communications over phone, chat and email
  • Basic computer skills and experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to answer phones, listen actively and relay information quickly
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience
  • Proactive personality and self-motivator
  • Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environment
  • Interior Design enthusiast, Pinterest & Instagram basic knowledge
  • Previous E-commerce experience is a plus

**Must work from the Paynes Gray office in Daphne, AL. This is NOT a remote position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Experience level:

  • Monday to Friday
