WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking a Salesforce Systems Analyst with an e-Commerce background to support the Training Services application. A successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions as part of an Agile team, being accountable for providing business process and procedure expertise to enable the Product Owner and Scrum Team to effectively evaluate and prioritize the team’s backlog. Furthermore, he/she will act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to analyze and document business goals and objectives and deliver on the commitments made during sprint planning.

The work location for this exciting opportunity is virtual. The selected candidate will work 100% remotely from home and can be located anywhere in the United States but must work an east coast schedule. (Core Working Hours 9:00am-5:00pm Eastern)
WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities):
- Supporting B2B and B2C components of Salesforce Training Services applications.
- Decompose and refine features and stories to effectively represent business requirements and desired outcomes.
- Accountable for providing business process and procedure expertise to enable the Product Owner and Scrum Team to effectively evaluate and prioritize the team’s backlog.
- Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to analyze and document business goals and objectives and deliver on the commitments made during sprint planning.
- Work across lines of business and teams to minimize risks and drive efficiency for desired solution.
- Coordinates with other technical teams on projects with overlapping impact and scope and identifies risks and mitigation strategies.
- Drives cross-functional and effective communications throughout the program lifecycle, providing the visibility and transparency required to ensure cross-functional team and stakeholder alignment.
PAY INFORMATION: The annual salary range for this position is $90K - $100K. We do not offer an annual bonus for this role. Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. **We will review specific salary information at the time of phone screening based upon your location & experience.**

Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. The American Red Cross does not sponsor employment visas.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (required/minimum qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of related systems analyst experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years Salesforce experience, including work with one of these 3 products is required: Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Demandware, and/or Cloudcraze.
- Experience in content management, task management, Internationalization, Personalization, Catalog, Order, Pricing, Promotions, Inventory, Checkout processes and Security concepts.
- Experience using agile principles and practices including requirements gathering and backlog refinement.
- Experience in project/program management, business process redesign, technology awareness and client relationship management.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence Atlassian products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Clear and effective writing and documenting skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
- Ability to multi-task and efficiently prioritize tasks assigned.
Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer
