E-Commerce Warehouse Operations Assistant (Sporting Goods)
Your Mission
Support SidelineSwap’s fast growing ecommerce operations by accurately picking, packing and shipping orders, reviewing the accuracy of consumer and partner trade-ins, and quickly responding to internal queries and warehouse inventory.
Role Description
We’ll train you to be an expert at warehouse operations, including receiving, quality assurance, picking, packing, and shipping. As you get more comfortable in your role you’ll be expected to respond to internal queries about warehouse inventory, photograph incoming items, and quality check incoming items.
This is a new business unit for SidelineSwap with lots of opportunities for growth in the years ahead. You’ll be joining a growing team who you’ll work with to develop and share best practices. We’ll count on you to help us improve our warehouse operations to continually increase efficiency and accuracy.
Full-time and part-time roles available. Shifts available Monday - Saturday. Morning, afternoon, and full-day shifts available.
Pay starts at $16.50 / hour. Eligibility for merit increases after 3 months of employment.
Must be able to commute to Elk Grove Village, IL.

Qualifications
- Experience working in a warehouse, retail environment, or reselling online (preferred)
- Familiarity with sporting goods and a passion for sports
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
- Comfortable performing physical labor (Walk up to 5 miles a day, stand for long periods of time, crouch or kneel occasionally, lift / push / pull up to 40 lbs)
