Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Services Manager with a strong leadership skills, management experience and technical background to work in a fast-paced litigation and client-driven environment. The successful candidate will be someone with strong technical, data processing, communication and organizational skills, as well as significant eDiscovery project management experience. The successful candidate will project professionalism, have meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with our staff, clients and outside counsel to lead eDiscovery projects to a successful completion, as well as maintain and cultivate business and client relationships.
Qualifications:
Requisite skills, experience and responsibilities include:

• Seven years+ of experience in the use of eDiscovery processing tools, review platforms (Relativity experience is required), and analytics tools (e.g., continuous active learning, email threading, textual near deduplication, PII identification).
• Seven years+ of experience managing the technical and human aspects of eDiscovery projects, including collection of client data, data processing (including quality control measures and exception reporting), data loading, attorney review, and running productions.
• Experience with leading eDiscovery project managers, including overseeing internal workflow demands, handling overlapping client requests, assessing new technology, generating reports on KPIs, preparation of client budgets and estimates, and reviewing firm invoices.
• Creative, entrepreneurial, and business-building skills.
• Experience managing contract reviewers is preferred.
• Relativity and other eDiscovery processing/review technology certifications are preferred.
• Active J.D. license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
