JOB SUMMARY

The Educational Sales Director is responsible for leading our center team and managing the overall customer experience, sales, and local marketing strategies of the center to achieve performance goals and grow the center.

They are also responsible for managing the day-to-day center operations, hiring/managing/coaching center staff, monitoring student educational programs, meeting with our families, and connecting with school teachers.

The Educational Sales Director personally drives sales and marketing activities to potential clients, schools and the surrounding community. We provide regular training to help you grow in the position. Significant monthly bonus pay opportunity!!!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Four year degree required
• A minimum of three years of customer service experience; Retail sales experience preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience preferred.

The Educational Sales Director is responsible for driving positive experiences with our customers and the success of the center!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
