Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Electrical BIM Specialist 2, we'll count on you to:

• With occasional assistance from project engineers and managers, produce drawings, layouts, sketches, and graphic representations of engineering designs using computer-aided drafting software.
• Support design team using Revit to perform tasks such as modeling duct banks, instrumentation and control equipment, lighting, and power distribution equipment.
• Conduct field investigations and inspections as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2+ years' experience in electrical design and construction document preparation.
• Requires good working knowledge of Revit or similar BIM software.
• An attitude and commitment to be an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
• Experience with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Facility (power, lighting, communications) experience; previous experience with data centers and/or healthcare facilities.
• Preference given to local candidates.
