Technicians (Electrical) thrive at the critical intersection between engineering and quality bringing first-of-a-kind systems to life. Our Critical Handling Solutions team designs and builds automated machines that go into industries and use in the Nuclear, Hazardous Waste, Specialty Cranes and Handling Systems arenas. Technicians (Electrical) are responsible for all the electrical component build and power up for our systems.

Success Criteria:

PAR Systems Critical Handing Solutions production teambusinessspecializes in building machines that go into unique and highly regulated environments. Our component build and assemblies require a high quality, exacting build. The Technician (Electrical) will own the entire build and power up process of our electrical components and assemblies in our system. If you are a skilled electrical assembler looking for a challenge, who understands blueprints, wiring diagrams and electrical schematics, this may be the job for you.

Our Technicians play a critical role in their ownership in the electrical build process. Not only will you be assembling the components, you will be responsible for powering up and testing assemblies and systems. This will give you not only an opportunity to see the entire machine building process but help identify and troubleshoot potential issues to help our company be successful.

The job does not stop after the build. You will be provided an opportunity to lead the installation of your assemblies on site at our customers.

You can hit the ground running if you are experienced in reading and interpret engineering documentation and electrical schematics, have an electrical aptitude and understand proper wiring and mechanical assembly techniques. The work you do here is integral to customer satisfaction and bringing PAR Systems to the next level.

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of relevant experience

· Technical degree or relevant training and/or experience. High school diploma or GED required.

· Ability to use electrical tools and equipment

· Ability to work independently and deliver quality components

· Strong electrical aptitude

· Experience with Robotics, Laser Systems, Vision Systems and/or PLC programming is a plus

· Assisted or supervised machine “power up” experience

· US Citizen
