• Driver's License with clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems
• Identify materials and quantities needed for upcoming jobs
• Evaluate customer requests and provide clear work order descriptions and pricing
• Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer
• Deliver remarkable customer service throughout the entire process by educating customers and exceeding their expectations with skilled and friendly service every time
• User Service Titan software on company-provided iPad to document work
• Attend company-sponsored training and events as well as weekly team meetings for business updates, best practice sharing, safety topics and more

Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of the National Electric Code
• Proficient communication with customers
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to adapt to changing customer demands
• Physically able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in hot and cold environments
• Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
• Represent the Mr. Electric Code of Values with Respect, Integrity, and Customer Focus while Having Fun in the process!
