This role is with KBR’s GAM, Global Asset Management group. At GAM, we provide our customers with a range of services including Regulatory and Customer Compliance of Property Systems, Import/Export Trade Compliance, Material Management, Stockrooms/Tool Cribs/Receiving, Engineering Tool Design and Rework/Repairs, Records Management, Distribution Services, Capital Asset Management, Development & Production-Equipment Maintenance, and Facilities Project Management.

The Technician, Electro/Mechanical will:

• Conduct electrostatic testing of chairs, workbenches, and ESD wrist straps.
• Conduct air quality tests for airborne particulates using specialized equipment on a moment's notice.
• Test and record the results of air flow in clean hoods, explosive proof hoods, and paint spray booths.
• Maintain precise, accurate, and timely record keeping.
• Conduct regular area safety inspections where accuracy is paramount.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Requires knowledge of Electro/static discharge measurement and controls.
• Must have an Associates Degree or Trade School Diploma and 3 years of related work experience. A High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience can be substituted for advanced education.
• Must have experience leading teams.
• Must have a valid State issued Driver’s License.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
