Summary


Develops and implements marketing plans, manages sales activities and EMS’s and is responsible for Energy/LP department income by performing the following activities.

Compentencies
Human Resource Dev.


  • Responsible for staffing and setting performance expectations to develop and control sales prog.
  • Perform regular evaluations for all supervised employees
  • Organizes, directs, trains, and develops employees to maximize marketing and operational efficiency.
  • Regularly accompanies sales personnel on customer and prospect calls to evaluate rep
  • Assist sales personnel in achieving and maintaining prof. certification.

Sales Admin
  • Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
  • Directs product inventories and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.
  • Analyzes sales stats to formulate policy
  • Develops written competitive strategies and implements them.

Market Plan Dev.
  • Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates.
  • Develops sales programs to accommodate goals of company
  • Responsible for achieving the ASP/MARC program
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures of sales division to conform budgetary requirements.
  • Recommends or approves budget, expenditures, and appropriations for sales department.
