RER Solutions, Inc., is accepting resumes for a Mid-Level Community Engagement Specialist to support The Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED)’s mission to deliver clean energy demonstration projects at scale in partnership with the private sector to accelerate deployment, market adoption, and the equitable transition to a decarbonized energy system to join our superior workforce. The Mid-Level Community Engagement Specialist will coordinate and advise client staff and leadership on opportunities for supporting communities associated with the client demonstrations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works with community members and other stakeholders to identify necessary programs and services.
• Oversees administrative aspects of programs to meet the Community benefit Objectives.
• Analyzes data to determine the effectiveness of the Community Benefit program and reports outcomes and findings.
• Plans and manages outreach activities for increased awareness of programs.

• Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust
• 5 years of community involvement experience
• Experience in Clean Energy desired
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, and an understanding of fundamental business writing
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree
