Job Title: Engineer in Training (EIT)/Drafting

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior engineers to assist in the design, development, and testing of products and systems. The EIT will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, creating technical drawings and reports, and providing technical support to project teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work with senior engineers to design, develop, and test products and systems
• Conduct research and analyze data to assist in the development of new products or systems
• Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports
• Provide technical support to project teams and clients
• Perform calculations, simulations, and modeling to ensure the safety and efficiency of products or systems
• Participate in field investigations and testing to evaluate the performance of products or systems
• Collaborate with other engineers and technical staff to identify and solve engineering problems
• Maintain accurate records of testing and analysis results
• Stay up to date with industry developments and technological advancements in their field
• Prepare for the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam and work towards obtaining a Professional Engineering (PE) license

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• EIT certification is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
