Position Summary
Position Summary:
Responsible for managing Engineering Project Office responsibilities for the Engineering team including coordination and management of VA/VE and PSI Project Management.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for aspects of Document Control/Management which are Engineering centric
- Putting together drawing packages, mark up drawings, etc.
- Manage Winovation for the Engineering team. This involves all aspects of the Winovation process
- Responsible for SAP Project Administration
- Input new BOM's in mainframe, etc. (after engineering review)
- VA/VE and/or PSI Project Management
- SBD activities, do research, simple mark-ups, etc.
- Coordinate team activities to meet all project goals
- Monitor Project Results and communicate any shortfalls with the project team and management
- Hold regular update meetings
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Engineering(Technical) with 2-3 years of job related experience
- Experience with BOM's, Tolerancing, Blueprint reading/creation, and CAD modeling.
- Working knowledge of the Winovation System
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with contacts.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player
