Engineering Rotational Development Program

Our Engineering Rotational Development Program is an exciting opportunity to fast-track Brunswick’s next generation of engineering talent.
This is a rotational program for highly talented engineering graduates who are looking to accelerate their career. This program develops world-class, versatile engineering talent within our marine focused operating model. You’ll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and expand your business acumen through real world experiences and hands on training.
As a member of the Engineering Rotational Development Program you will gain a broad range of experience in the duration of the program. You will work in at least two divisions providing you with invaluable enterprise perspective and will be supported in relocating to get experience with different operations across our portfolio of brands. Though rotations occur within our engineering organization, you will also get cross functional exposure increasing your business acumen, leadership skills and professional network. In addition to hands on work to build your resume, you’ll also receive high visibility, coaching and professional development. Following your completion of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to advance into a long-term Engineer role at one of our key sites.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a full-time undergraduate student graduating December 2023 with a focus on Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Previous internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing organization
Assignments could involve:
- Project Management
- Partnering with 3rd parties
- Presentations to senior leaders
- Solve critical technical challenges
- Component design or test
- Software development
- Product Integration
Likely rotations include:
- Engine and Subsystem Controls development
- High and low voltage electrical projects
- Product Test
- Field Integration
- Electrical/Mechanical product development
- Non-Core roles (Manufacturing, Supply Chain)

Duration: 24 months - Starting January 2024
Optional Locations: Fond du Lac, WI; Edgewater, FL; Lowell, MI or any of our fantastic US based locations
Minimum number of Rotations: 2
Duration of each rotation: Flexible, depending on role and project
Number of Divisional locations per candidate: Minimum of 2
