To help achieve our ambitious growth plans, we want a motivated, ambitious, and tenacious Account Executive to drive forward our business offerings across a variety of different verticals in a geographic territory in the Central & Eastern Europe region.
You’re a hunter, someone that thrives with the buzz of closing with all the behaviors of delivering in a high-performance sales culture. You will have the autonomy to “develop your skills”, we want someone to bring ideas and personality to help us push boundaries and challenge the status quo.

The day to day:
Exceeding activity and revenue goals by offering best-in-class service.
Keep a continuous focus on building a strong new business pipeline and winning new business opportunities.
Capitalize on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities swiftly and efficiently.
Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next
steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.Develop and maintain relationships with our amazing customers & partners in your territory becoming a partner of choice for new, and future business.
Become an authority on Zendesk’s products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers.
Demonstrate and sell value to key executive partners within the accounts during dynamic as well as sophisticated sales cycles.
What we look for:
5+ years of software selling experience in Emerging markets; SaaS experience preferred
Outbound prospecting experience
Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes.
Experience of working with an extended GTM team - pre-sale, success, partner management, marketing - to build and execute a long-term territory plan
A proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding targets resulting in success.
Tenacity, drive, and motivation to be a top performer who exceeds expectations.
A great personality, we want you to bring your individualism to the team!
A relationship expert, someone who thrives on selling to C-suite and VP leaders.
Previous experience in CX, Customer support or CRM space is a plus.
Previous experience using Salesforce is helpful, but not essential.
