As a Sr Enterprise Engineer within PNC's Enterprise Infrastructure Technology Group, this is a remote position that can sit within the PNC footprint, although it may not be available in all jurisdictions. Certain job responsibilities may require in-person, in office activities on a regular basis.Must Have:

- Experience managing, implementing, and supporting any additional components of the Akamai platform:

- Akamai Account Protector
- Akamai CloudTest
- Akamai mPulse
- Akamai Image Manager
- Akamai Visitor Prioritization Portal
- Akamai NetStorage
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Engineering and support for Akamai CDN (Content Delivery Network) platform
- Onboarding of new services/applications leveraging Akamai CDN
- Configuration changes and maintenance of existing applications using Akamai CDN
- Engineering and implementation of new features/functionality on Akamai platform
- Troubleshooting and managing security configurations on Akamai WAF and BotManager
Job Description
- Provides subject matter expertise for enterprise engineering teams, full stack engineers, and clients. Uses technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build and maintain technology solutions.
- Leads in the implementation of enterprise engineering strategies and best practices to support business objectives.
- Independently provides guidance to engineers across the organization regarding the development of software components and hardware.
- Maintains relationships with stakeholders, addresses client requirements and provides consultation to shape the success of enterprise engineering.
- Independently provides expert advice and resolves complex problems and issues involved in enterprise engineering activities.

Problem Solving – Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. Standard Operating Procedures – Knowledge of and ability to design, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures affecting daily and strategic business operations in order to increase operational efficiency.Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required.
