ENTERPRISE SALES SHAREHOLDER
Seeking a sales professional who wants to become a sales partner with AerialPOV to help grow our 360°/3D Virtual Tour department.
*This is a work from home/remote position AND you must be based in Northwest Arkansas, Northeast Oklahoma, or Southwest Missouri.
MUST HAVE A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SELLING PRODUCTS & SERVICE SOLUTIONS.
Position requires a high degree of self-motivation, autonomy, attention to details, and a strong command of English writing and grammar.

IMPORTANT: As a 360°/3D Virtual Tour Sales Partner, your role will be instrumental in driving sales and revenue for our company. This is a critical role in the growth of AerialPOV, both from geographical expansion and from developing our sales team in existing markets.

This is a “hunter” and “farmer” role: establish new business relationships and demonstrate a high-level of skill in identifying and closing the deal.

- Organization, time management, and planning skills a must.
- Capable of autonomous work with little to no oversight.
- Experience in telemarketing, online marketing, and web content management is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in new account creation and customer-focused problem-solving.
- Exceptional negotiation, project management, organizational, prioritization and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication (oral and written) skills required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines and achieve overall sales goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new business while applying full-cycle methodologies and tools.
- Manage and grow accounts using exceptional sales and relationship building skills.
- Understand the client's goals, apply full-cycle methodologies and tools, and execute the delivery of quality solution-focused client presentations to decision-makers.
- Involvement in the relevant community, trade, and professional organizations.
- Maintain a positive work attitude, strong work ethic, and embrace coaching/mentoring when applicable.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in an appropriate field OR equivalent on-the-job experience.
- Five (5) years of successful B2B sales experience in marketing or related industries.
- Proven ability to listen, extrapolate information, and leverage resources to effectively provide solutions to customer needs.
- Ability to effectively learn technical products, services, and solutions and readily apply new knowledge required.
- Ability to identify and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
- Accurate and timely forecasting.
- Working knowledge of 360°/3D Virtual Tours is mandatory.
COMPENSATION:
All sales employees enter into a 90-day probationary period with the following:
- 1099 employee status.
- 30% commission on all subscription packages.
- 20% commission on all new projects.
- 10% commission on rebooks.
- 10% residual commission on renewals.
- $35 mobile phone stipend.
After 90-Day Probationary Period
We Offer Compelling Benefits to the Right Candidate.
After 90-day probation period, the Consultant may choose to continue as a 1099 or transition into salaried employment.
1099:
- 30% commission on all subscription packages.
- 20% commission on all new projects.
- 10% commission on rebooks.
- 10% residual commission on renewals.
- $150 tech stipend.
Salary:
- Salary commensurate with sales performance during 90-day probation.
- Five (5) unpaid PTO business days per year.
- 10 paid holidays per year (resets each year).
- Insurance package.
- Employer-provided tech (i.e., laptop, printer, mobile device).
- 2% commission on all sales (i.e., subscriptions, new projects, rebooks, residuals).
After One Year of Employment: Subsequent annual review of pay rate and customized benefits package, and a performance evaluation to determine if promotion is in order.
