We are seeking an eager and motivated Entry-Level Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. The position is on site at Martin Brattrud's Gardena Headquarters, and may be full-time or part-time, depending on the applicant's availability.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
• Data entry and maintenance of accounting records
• Filing and maintaining accurate records
• Other duties as assigned by the accounting team

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, AA or bachelor’s degree in process (preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role (preferred)

Skills:

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) (preferred)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
