The Entry Level Client Relations representative develops a dynamic relationship and supports a variety of teams throughout the organization. A best-fit candidate should be competitive, collected, professional, and comfortable with all modes of communication. The Entry Level Client Relations role requires a problem-solving mindset, as well as flexibility to be assigned to different territories according to the company's clients needs. The Entry Level Client Relations will also act as a bridge between clients and consumers to ensure both needs are met. The role requires an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.
Entry Level Client Relations Responsibilities
- Act as liaison for the client and the consumer by attending all direct meetings with current and prospective clients
- Utilize a positive track record of multi-state and international account management to maintain positive business relationships
- Conduct ongoing territory research to maximize client and product exposure
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and in order to provide solutions and answer client inquiries
- Attend quarterly seminars for ongoing training and skill development
- Communicate and implement new ideas with confidence by conducting market and brand research that is relative to the accounts assigned
- Review strategies and track campaign progress to increase profitability and reach
Entry Level Client Relations Requirements
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience within a customer service or relevant sales role
- Associates Degree or some college courses completed
- The ability to adapt to new environments and personalities
- A high degree of professionalism and reliability
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to troubleshoot
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
