The Engineering Aide will be part of the Display Products department within the Combat Systems Integrated Engineering organization. The aide will perform administrative, data entry, and technical tasks as directed by functional management and lead core team members. Tasks for the engineering aide include:

• Tracking and maintenance of various types of data in a variety of software toolsets including the Atlassian Tools and Software (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible), Lockheed Martin Integrated Tool Suite, and ClearQuest
• Supporting meetings, collect various metrics, and status for compilation into status charts for a variety of efforts
• Assisting various functional management and technical leads within the Display Products department with gathering data for various business efforts and initiatives.
• Assist in new employee onboarding activities
• Support the development of monthly staffing packages
• Maintain and streamline department SharePoint and shared directory site content

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), OneNote
• Experience or desire to learn Linux Operating Systems, Data Transfers, using Tableau Databases, Excel Macros and Pivot Tables, Atlassian Tools and Software
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

Desired Skills:

• 2 year STEM degree or higher
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
• Experience with program schedules and manpower requirements
• Experience with product level testing
• Experience with technical documentation and requirements management tools such as DOORS

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
