CMT Technical Services, established in 1978, offers a variety of Engineering, Construction Management, Surveying, and Construction Materials Testing service lines throughout Utah, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, and Idaho.

Job Description:
CMT Technical Services- in Silverthorne, Colorado is looking for candidates with a strong work ethic and have the desire to learn the trade of Engineering Field Technician (EFT). EFT's perform routine field testing of concrete, soil, and asphalt, in compliance with ACI, WAQTC, and CAPA certification per ASTM and AASHTO standards and state requirements. EFT's will collect data and report their observation and testing results daily in accordance with project requirements.

CMT promotes learning, advancement, and career path opportunities by training and encouraging employees to obtain one or more of the following certifications.

o Hazmat and Nuke Gauge Certifications

o American Concrete Institution (ACI)

o Colorado Asphalt Paving Association (CAPA)

o Western Alliance for Quality Transportation Construction (WAQTC)

Requirements:
Valid driver's license (no infractions within the last 5 years)
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to pass a drug test regardless of state legalization.
Able to lift 65lbs on a continuous basis.
Be able to travel within Colorado as needed.

Compensation:
Entry level candidates with no certifications who require on the job training: $19-$20 per hour.
