Duties

• Assist in setting up training sessions, prepare paperwork and file paperwork when complete.
• Help in giving Tool Box Talks.
• Maintenance of safety documentation and paperwork.
• Work effectively under the guidance of the Senior Health & Safety Staff on-site and the overall Management team.
• Promote a strong safety culture on site.
• Carry out regular site HSE audits and inspections and report back findings
• Assist site managers, engineers and sub-contractor owners with risk assessments, sub-contractor evaluations and documentation review

Requirements

• A third level degree qualification in Health and Safety
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Full clean driving licence
