Express Employment of La Crosse, WI is assisting a local company that specializes in the manufacturing of identification, decoration, and promotional products fill various openings! These are all long-term, and full-time opportunities with room for growth and great trainers.

Wage & Hours:

1st shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:00pm, $16.65/hour

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 3:30pm-12:00am, $17.50/hour

Raw Shear Operator responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Operate machines using all guides, guards, and stops appropriately
• Determine shear and trim plate placement is correct and up to specifications
• Review work orders, blueprints, and other documents correctly and frequently
• Continuous inspection of workpieces for flaws, imperfections, and dimensions
• Transport finished sheets/workpieces for next step
• General housekeeping
• Other duties as assigned

Raw Shear Operator requirements include:

• HSD or GED
• Previous Shear Operation experience is preferred
• Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend, squat, reach, push, pull, and lift 40lbs throughout shift
• Possess strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work both independently and as a team
