Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking Entry-Level Maintenance Programs Engineers to join our team in Seal Beach, California.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assists with the development and documentation of basic requirements via drawings, data sets, reports, specifications and supporting data

• Develops or modifies basic designs based on defined requirements

• Performs tests to verify operational and functional requirements

• Assists in monitoring suppliers' performance to ensure compliance with requirements. Supports resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies

• Researches basic technologies for potential application to company business needs

• Assists other members of project or program teams, management, and technical staff to define and implement engineering solutions to meet group, organization, and company objectives

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Currently possess a Bachelor’s degree or Bachelor's degree completed by June, 2023.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• FAA Airframe (A) or an FAA Powerplant (P) license preferred

• Experience with military aircraft maintenance.

Typical Education & Experience:

Entry-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard
