Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Attend a 2 week trade school program and then continue with on the job training
- Safely install water heaters, filtration, and ancillary items
- Drive top performance by living up to our core values.
- Maintain existing client relationships by giving remarkable service with strong communication and customer service
- Be Kind and Encouraging by educating residential clients on their water heaters and maintenance requirements
- Update job knowledge by Being a Life Long Student and participating in educational opportunities, and training newer installers
Do I have What it Takes?
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior plumbing and drain cleaning experience/exposure is a plus
- Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- A desire to begin a career in the trade
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to handle physical workload, life and carry 120-150 lbs
- Routinely stand, bend, sit, crawl and drive
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
***Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check upon acceptance of an offer letter
