Villa Pueblo is seeking an Environmental Services Director to join our leadership team!

The Environmental Services Director is responsible for ensuring the overall property operations of the community's grounds, equipment and living spaces are fully functioning, inviting, clean, and safe for all residents, team members and visitors.
The Environmental Services Director serves as the subject matter expert on all safety related items and leads the community's Safety Committee meetings and initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages, plans, develops, organizes, schedules, evaluates, and directs the Environmental Services departments {maintenance, security, safety, transportation, housekeeping and laundry} including its programs, team members and activities and performs "hands-on" service as needed.
- Performs regular repairs and maintenance at the facility as needed.
- Oversees and is responsible for the staffing and scheduling of personnel to ensure appropriate staffing to handle work volume/resident activity.
- Maintains the building{s) are in good repair, free of hazards and in compliance with Federal, State, and local laws.
- Hires, supervises, and manages the performance of the maintenance and environmental service team members and ensure that all associates wear proper attire and follow established safety regulations in the use of equipment and supplies.
- Manages contracted services for facility elevators, HVAC, hot water, landscape, and other facility operations as needed.
- Actively manage all aspects of Housekeeping operations, including Room cleaning, Room inspections, Deep cleaning, and public areas functions to assure that quality control measures are continually maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid State Drivers License
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of experience preferred
- Safety experience in LTC or healthcare preferred
WAGE RANGE: $50k-$60k D.O.E
