Franklin Oaks Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking an experienced Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team! We are looking for an experienced supervisor with high expectations and a caring heart for our skilled nursing facility.

JOB SUMMARY

The Environmental Services Supervisor is a key position in our facility. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the housekeeping department.
• Supervise all housekeeping staff.
• Inspect the facility, on a daily basis, to ensure all cleanliness standards are met at all times.
• Provide a clean and safe environment for our residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Excellent communication with staff, residents, and families.
• Assist with development and enforcement of policies and procedures regarding the housekeeping department.
• Attend all in-services and on-the-job training.
• Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
• Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
• Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Successful criminal background check
• Housekeeping/Laundry experience preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination OR willingness to receive the Covid-19 vaccination OR company approved medical/religious accommodation
