N-Drip is the first and only irrigation-micro solution powered by gravity. N-Drip’s disruptive technology provides precise irrigation, producing higher yields while saving water, without adding energy or needing water filtration.We’re hiring a full-time, year-round Equipment Operator located in Central AZ or Yuma, Casa Grande, and Greater Phoenix areas. You will be responsible for traveling from site to site to install or repair our N-Drip systems.Our ideal candidate comes with knowledge of farm equipment, but we are open to candidates with heavy equipment and/or diesel repair from similar industries including construction or military.We offer a competitive salary highly dependent on experience, along with health benefits after an evaluated trial period. All daily travel expenses and occasional overnight stays are covered by the company. Daily Tasks:

Experienced operator of heavy and light duty machinery, farm, and construction equipment.
Transportation of equipment, machines, or parts as needed.
Ongoing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of existing and N-Drip systems.
Provide on-site customer support throughout the United States, not limited to Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Nebraska.

Requirements:
Valid driver's license required. CDL is preferred but not required.
Experienced operation of a backhoe, skid-steer, or other earth-moving equipment.
Handy and creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and locations.
Willingness to work outside in all seasons.
Ability to lift 50 pounds with no mobility limitations.
