Hydraulic Dredging Operator

Pristine Waters LLC, a premiere provider of waterfront, pond and lake restoration solutions, is looking for a full-time equipment operator. This job will challenge those afraid to work hard and reward those that do. We are primarily an inland waters dredging and aquatic invasive plant management company. We offer both hydraulic and diver-assisted-suction-dredging services. We will train the right candidates. Job requirements:

Able to lift 50 lbs. with some regularity

Enjoy working outdoors

Strong critical thinking skills

Must be able to swim

Have a driver’s license and own transportation, DOT Medical Card is a Bonus!

Experience with operating small to medium sized construction/excavation equipment (a plus)

Experience with light cable rigging

Mechanically inclined, a basic understanding of engines and hydraulics is essential

Experience with and/or the ability to learn how pumps work (a plus)

Have the ability to pick up on new concepts quickly

Willing to occasionally travel and stay (provided by company) at remote job sites occasionally

Live in the greater Danbury, CT or Northern Westchester area

Pay is commensurate with experience and performance

Pay: Starting at $22.50 - $25.00 per hour based upon qualifications, seasonal bonus eligible
