Our company is seeking an implementation specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in either information technology or financial services and is able to implement new clients in a timely, methodical manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with new clients, navigating tedious administrative processes and maintaining the existing client base.

Summary: The Financial Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting both the Superior Lubricants group and third-party external customers of Tuxton Inc. He/she will partner with the CFO and other Superior Business leaders to use their knowledge of accounting and business processes to deliver improved accuracy, efficiency, and reporting of the ERP system, Acumatica. They will also lead the financial implementation for 3rd party installations and provide support, expertise and leadership to external business clients. This position is customer facing, both internal and external to the organization and requires excellent oral and written communication skills.

Essential duties of Position:

· Evaluate current business needs in reporting, processing, and efficiency and utilize ERP system to drive improvement.

· Evaluate business processes – Order to cash/procure to pay/inventory control/fixed assets and determine best practices to integrate into ERP system.

· Utilize ERP capabilities to eliminate nonvalue added activities and improve utilization with financial integrity.

· Identify key metrics and develop reports, dashboards and other information to help leaders manage the business.

· Review processes, improve where appropriate, and implement SOP in a team environment.

· Recommend changes to company process and policies to reduce cost and maximize profits and incorporate into ERP system.

· Develop overhead rates/drivers and cost centers and implement in ERP system.

· Lead the financial reporting and forecast function for Superior Group of Companies.

· Support the Tuxton implementation team on financial integration for new and existing client implementations.

· Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed:

· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills required.

· Ability to work in fast paced environments.

· Ability to multitask with several simultaneous projects required.

· Must have proven track record of utilizing systems to drive efficiencies and improvements within the organization.

· Must be able to work with various levels of management both internal and external.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Qualifications:

· BS degree in accounting required.

· 5 years or experience in a distribution or MFG. environment required.

· Experience with Acumatica or relational databases required.

· Prior experience in ERP implementation and integration preferred.

· Experience with cost accounting and budgeting is preferred.

· Candidates with strong project management skills preferred.

· Prior experience leading teams and working across the organization is preferred.

· Candidates with prior experience in Six Sigma/lean mfg. preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
