Next Generation, Inc. is seeking an ERP Change Mgmt. Lead. It is a Technology and business transformation program focused on simplifying, standardizing and automating business processes and migrating our partner's legacy ERP systems to the latest SaaS-based ERP cloud-computing platform that is fully integrated, scalable, and secure, meeting the business goals. Modernizing legacy ERP Applications that include Finance, Budget, Human Capital Management, Procurement, Talent, and Asset Management. Change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities; Oversee communications and training workstreams; Manage OCM delivery, and address resistance. Create and implement OCM strategy and plans; Comprehensive communications and training plan for internal and external audiences; Pulse Stakeholder Survey, Adoption Metrics, Lessons Learned; Risk Managment Plan.
