Location: Fords, NJ and Matawan, NJ

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Well-mannered and professional
• Strong and positive communication skills with clients and team members
• Accommodating to all clients when needed
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law
• Provide consistent and professional services to clients
• Proactively assess and recommend follow up appointments and services
• Promote special offers and services we are offering
• Perform workstation and general housekeeping duties in the studio
• Show adaptability and flexibility in the workplace
• Post 1 photo or Livestream of your work during every work shift on the Studio’s social media sites (Instagram, Facebook, etc) to help boost your work and to build up clients
• Help with promotion at supplementary events and perform when asked during those promotional events to help market iMagicStudio and build the brand

What you will be doing:

• Performs the day to day application of our services to scheduled iMagicStudio clients at the expected “gold standard” level
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable at educating clients on products and services offered
• Thoroughly conducts expected guest consultation before or after service application and inserts correct notes in client charts
• Responsible for work area, inventory management for necessary items needed at any station, organization, and overall cleanliness of station
• Responsible for proper sanitation of tools for each of client
• Responsible for sharing in general cleanliness of salon including keeping common areas organized, bathroom duties, picking up and taking out the trash
• Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists new and current employees
• Following up with and providing aftercare instructions to all new clients

Pay:

• Salary or/and commission for experienced estheticians who bring their own clienteles
• Employees will be provided the option to get paid every two weeks or monthly

• Special request from customer on your day off
• Any services performed on clients on days when Studio is closed
• Tips are kept by the esthetician

• 30% off any lash service performed by Ruby
• 10% of commission if you sell any Studio product to a client. Includes skin care products and lash extension supplies.
• All employees will have the benefit of learning all advanced and new techniques trends by Xuan Ngoc Tran (Ruby Tran) including receptionists and assistants if interested.
• Friends and family will be offered 20% off any services provided by YOU

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
