REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to invest in our passion for service, quality, accountability, and growth.
• This position includes food preparation including our food line, breading stations, and fresh food prep. Must show an interest in working with food.
• You must be hard working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest.
• 18+ and Bilingual (English and Spanish) applicants are particularly encouraged to apply.
• Physical demands include: fast paced environment, standing for prolonged periods of time, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• No experience necessary.
• Must be able to work until 11pm a minimum of 2 week nights and Saturdays during the school year.

In our kitchen, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients and we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
