Our Alexandria, MN property is hiring immediately for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), and Resident Assistant (RA). We offer Day, Evening and NOC shifts and Full and Part Time Schedules.

These positions are responsible for:
Providing personal care and follow the residents care plan
Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Accurately documenting information
Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
Following HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:
Compassion and care for those in the geriatric community
Great communication skills
Strong work ethic
Must thrive in a team work setting
Previous experience is not required
