Evening & Weekend Receptionist - McCarthy Auto Group
Job description
Are you looking for an opportunity to utilize your talent within a team environment? If you have strong attention to detail, great communication skills and a team player attitude - we want to talk to you! McCarthy Auto Group is looking to add a Receptionist to their dynamic team! You will handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors and assisting customers receive purchase paperwork. You must be able to work the required hours.
Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 3:30pm - 8:00pm
- Friday: 3:30pm - 7:00pm
- Saturday:7:00am - 7:00pm or 9:00am - 7:00pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Greet customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Assist customers in finding their way around the dealership
- Announcing customers as necessary
- Notify the appropriate team member that a customer is waiting an introduce the customer
- Answer phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
- Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Assisting with a variety of administrative task
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Prior Experience as a receptionist
- Dependable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good time management
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
