Overview

We are looking for talented Coordinator to join us in a 3-month long hospitality program. In this role, every detail matters and the Coordinator is in charge of making sure the deliverables are ready for each module throughout the day. The ideal candidate is charismatic, ambitious, organized and driven with a highly tuned attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help set up and tear down of equipment
• In charge of the check in process at the hotel with our host team
• Onsite contact at the guest hotel and communicating with hotel team
• Knowing and communicating details of the program to the team
• Ensure the brand is represented by maintaining a positive atmosphere
• Maintain friendly, approachable, and positive demeanor with clients and guests
• Balance work across competing priorities
• Have a heightened sense of urgency while maintaining a graceful, warm presence
• Handle a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
• Supervise event dinners
• Prep for participants before event begins with getting all assets needed ready
• Oversee Food and Beverage for event with catering company and breakfast at the hotel
• Oversee Shuttle loading each morning and for dinners from the hotel
• Oversee Shuttle loading from venue to the airport for our guests
• Being responsible for the on-call concierge phone

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
• Past tour or event experience is a requirement
• Highly organized
• Needs to have good computer skills
  • Needs to be proficient in excel and word. Understanding Mail merge is a plus.
• Will be working long hours, needs to be able to do late nights and early mornings
• Be a leader but jump in when needed
• Good team skills
• Ability to multi-task and know how to prioritize time sensitive items
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
