Summary

Chateau Lill is the preeminent event venue in Woodinville. With 10 acres of pristine grounds that include lush rolling lawns, ponds, and a small farm surrounded by tall firs. The Chateau itself boasts a Barrel Room, and Grand Room, with an open air tented terrace during the summer high season. Other hidden enclaves can be found in the upper lawn, vineyard lawn, high up in the Chateau tower, or at the popular gazebo nestled next to our scenic pond.

Chateau Lill is excited to recruit for an Event Supervisor on our Events Team!

The Event Supervisor is responsible for overseeing & managing the setup and breaking down of all spaces and ensuring spaces are cleaned up and broken down in a timely manner. Duties will include the following:

• Interacting with vendors for venue specific questions.
• Ensuring all aspects to the venue spaces are presentable to guests & clients.
• Working closely with the Events & Event Services teams to coordinate expectations, and timing.
• Following proper instructions to correctly setup & turn spaces.
• Lifting a moderate amount of weight consistently throughout the day.
• Maintaining proper cleanliness of venue spaces & back of house areas.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Event Setup experience preferred. Prior supervisory experienced preferred but not required.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Flexible work availability must include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand/walk/be in motion for duration of shift
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight throughout duration of shift
• Detail oriented and able to follow instructions well
• Previous customer service experience preferred

This position may have the option to work in our Tasting Room when the schedule permits and if the candidate is interested in learning more about wine!

***This is a seasonal position for our 2023 Wedding season and weekends are required.***

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
