Events Coordinator

(Part-Time or Full-Time)

Overview: This position is responsible for inside sales (booking events) and guest satisfaction with Sky Zone group events including both large (schools, etc.) and small events (party rooms and tables), by ensuring guest satisfaction through accurate event agenda prep, proper greeting upon arrival, party pro attentiveness and service, and addressing any concerns/questions. A key measurement of this role’s success is overall guest satisfaction ratings with their event.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and/or assist with Party Pro on-boarding, training, and assessment
• Partner with management team and marketing resources in developing and implementing efficient revenue generating marketing programs and initiatives
• Lead parties and events execution by overseeing and managing the party pro team on scheduled dates
• Ensure consistent and accurate call center messaging and communication within the team and to guests regarding events for specific days
• Recommend continuous improvements in event offering programs and execution through guest and team member feedback
• Support (and occasionally lead) park preparation of corporate-initiated promotions (national and/or park specific)
• Lead or co-lead Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities for the park as the sole manager and occasionally as co-manager when another manager is also on-duty

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
