The role of the EVV Team Validation Specialist is to perform quality control review of data to ensure reliability and validity between electronic visits and Sandata to determine which notes are ready for billing. Able to run complex Excel spreadsheets and meet strict workflow deadlines.

Scope of Job:

To validate entered visit notes within State, Federal and program guidelines for EVV.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills Level:

• 3 Years Data Entry or equivalent experience
• High School Diploma (or Equivalent), Associate Preferred
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Knowledge of Sandata (required)

Additional Requirements:

• Time-management skills
• High level Attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to customized software system
• Efficient data entry skills

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Notes Processing

• Review submitted notes for missing/incorrect information, etc.
• Work with Staffing/Data Entry team to resolve errors/issues uncovered with submitted notes.

Technical Service/Customer Service

· Provide customer service to employees related to visit verification

· Perform daily review of EVV-related reports to determine potential issues with incomplete/unverified visits to be able to assist employees before payment issues occur

· Employee outreach to proactively verify incomplete visits before issues occur with notes

· Provide technical assistance and telephonic training around basic end user issues (login issues, password, reset, verifying visits, etc.)

· Provide customer service and technical assistance to assist users to assist with Note issues for in-scope users related to updating information across systems

· Provide technical assistance and training to coworkers regarding the State’s EVV solution

· Work with staffing coordinators and billing coordinators to fine tune workflow process
