We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to direct and supervise our construction projects. The ideal candidate for this position has construction experience, a comprehensive knowledge of the local area and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will oversee the project schedule and plan the work with the Director of Quality Control to ensure the work meets quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and assign jobs to workers.
• Manage the daily operations of a manufacturing facility.
• Assign materials to workers and monitor project progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist workers with equipment-related problems.
• Maintain manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Read blueprint
• Order supplies
• Prepar plans to construct assigned job
• Be an active performer on the job (Working Foreman)
• Communicate with Office on a daily basis
• Fill out daily reports
• Residential & Commercial job settings
• Know how to shoot grade
• Fluint knowledge and experience operating mulitple pieces of equipment, for example....Excavators, Dozers, Rollers, loaders, skidsteers, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Driver's License (Required)
• OSHA 30 (Preferred)
• OSHA 10 (Preferred)
• SWPPP (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
