We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to support our regional team with various administrative tasks. Ultimately, you’ll help us as a key partner to the Carolinas Regional Team to keep our region running smoothly and efficiently. You will be part of a firmwide team of Regional Administrative Assistants who partner closely to support our firm’s leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to several members of the regional leadership team including travel, expense, calendar management, document preparation, and outgoing communications
- Partner with Regional Leader to develop and implement the regional schedule of meetings, events, and activities
- Plan and coordinate regional trainings, meetings, and events
- Maintenance of conference, production, and supply rooms
- Mail distribution; FedEx distribution (outgoing and incoming)
- Ordering meals for meetings
- Directing and processing regional invoices
- Filing and archiving
- Effectively partner with other administrative staff and senior leaders
- Administrative experience in a corporate/professional environment preferred
- Outstanding organizational skills a must
- Strong communication skills in writing, editing, and proofreading
- Able to manage and balance multiple tasks and priorities
- Great attention to detail required
- Proficiency with MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with Concur is a plus (not required)
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving ability
