RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Assist in day to day tasks for the Chief Brand Officer.
  • Maintain relationships and communication on a weekly basis with all our vendors
  • Work with outside graphic and print vendors when necessary
  • Assist on printing of marketing materials, packaging proofs and mock-ups
  • Maintain a detailed, up to date database of products in different stages of re-design
  • Update all documents required to maintain a constant communication flow between departments
  • Maintain and order office supplies and office snacks .

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years experience working full-time as an administrative or executive assistant with similar responsibilities.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills and decision making
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
  • Knowledge and experience with Mac computers
  • Proficiency with , Google Drive, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Power Point, Dropbox, Outlook.
  • Excellent project and workflow management skills
